Meet Casey Nichols

Founding Broker of Heritage Realty LLC, Casey Nichols has been investing in Hawaii and out of state since 2011 and has been raised in a real estate investor family. Casey Nichols offers a skillset unlike many other Real Estate agents. Instead of seeing Real Estate only from the eyes of a Salesman, as an investor and active member of Bigger Pockets, Casey has personally dealt with not just sales, but also deals with lenders and the different products they have, has gone through the process of rehabbing many properties, and understands the power of leverage through Real Estate.

Casey Nichols has also been a Paramedic for the City and County of Honolulu, allowing Casey to have an intimate knowledge of all the areas of the island, and of the diverse cultures within this island, thus giving Casey an unique advantage for his Real Estate clients.

Casey Nichols has personally seen that through Real Estate, he is able to create a Legacy for him and his family.
